I get people talking.

About AI and crypto. Plus endless yapping about fermented food. In English and Arabic.

I lead production, marketing and comms at aixplain. Before that, Ryze Labs. On weekends I run a traveling supper club. Same skill, different table.

Renaming a crypto fund, and giving it a voice

Sino Global Capital became Ryze Labs. I led the rebrand across 8+ languages and built its media arm, from the 12-part Founder's Funnel series to an X account grown to 31.1K.

Where I learned production

Account manager at TheCairoZoom, then line producer, then media producer. I produced video for CairoScene, TheCairoZoom, Scene Noise, Scene Eats and El Fasla, and content for El Gouna and Red Sea film festivals.

The side project that isn't

And on weekends, I feed people.

Big Belly started at home, cooking for friends in Cairo. It grew, launched officially in Riyadh, and now travels.

Fermentation and sustainability shape the menu, and so do the people behind the food. I work with small farmers, producers and fishmongers who are trying to do things better.

It all began with Egyptian produce in my kitchen, fermented into the things we usually import. Now I'd happily choose ours over the global version.
